At the time a contract is awarded, the ownership of the design and the artwork produced, in this case the public/private art mural project, will become the property of Franklin Park Mall.

Thoughtful consideration and various perspectives will be solicited to discuss and determine which artist candidate(s) best meet the Franklin Park Mall mural project goals and objectives. The final selections will be made by a small committee comprised of members representing Franklin Park Mall.
