Mall walking offers a safe, free, comfortable, weather-friendly way for you to be more physically active.   Franklin Park Mall doors open for walkers 1 hour before stores open daily to provide:  

• An indoor environment to avoid harsh weather.
• Mall security staff and the presence of other walkers and shoppers.
• Level ground, which can reduce the risk of trips and falls.
• Company of fellow mall walkers.
• Well-lit restrooms and benches or places to sit and rest.
• Access to coffee or beverage from mall eateries (dependent on store hours) 

2 laps around the mall = 1.4 miles!

Doors open*:
10:00 am - Monday through Thursday
9:00 am - Friday and Saturday
10:00 am - Sunday  

Please do not enter prior to the approved times as these times are dedicated to routine maintenance and cleaning that may cause hazards to walkers.
